The suggestion to consume mineral water a day at least as much as two liters is indeed important. Suggestions made must have considered various things in terms of health, life aspect, and others. Mineral water can counteract all negative ions that make the body quickly feel tired and exposed to the disease. Water that does not taste, smell, and color like mineral water is important for the health of the body.

It is said to be mineral water because the water contains many mineral contents that are beneficial to living things. Mineral water in the world is easy to obtain except drought-stricken areas. Mineral water is easy to cook and consume.

But do not forget that mineral water is also easily polluted and damaged. Mineral water that is polluted and damaged if it is still consumed will be harmful to the health of the body.
