2 kinds of fat (Saturated Fat and Trans Fat)

all foods containing fat are bad for health. Not how much fat we eat is important, but what is the type of fat we eat. There are types of bad fats, which can increase cholesterol (LDL) and can pose a risk of many diseases. There is also good fat, which is fat that can help protect the heart and provide many benefits for our body. Knowing the type of food with good fats or bad fats can help us to determine which foods should be added to the daily diet and which ones to avoid. Here between the types of fat, as well as bad for health
2 kinds of fat (Saturated Fat and Trans Fat)
Saturated Fats and Trans Fats

Evil fats are also known as saturated fats and all trans fats, which are commonly found in processed products. To make it easier to remember, Saturated fats will remain solid at room temperature. Examples of saturated fats are fat from lamb, pork or beef, milk, chicken skin, butter and ice cream. Trans fats are on the other side of the cuisine, such as donuts, cookies, fried foods, candies and chips or margarine.

Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated Fat

Good fats known also as monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are the types of fats that tend to remain in a liquid state at room temperature. Examples of monounsaturated fats are canola and olive oil. This type of fat can also be found in sunflower seed oil, avocado, and nuts. Other examples of polyunsaturated fats are soybean oil, fatty fish, walnuts, tofu and corn oil.

The influence of bad fats (saturated) for health

Saturated fats and trans fats have been regarded as bad fats, because of its many negative effects rather than positive ones. Consuming these types of fats can lead to significantly increased levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in the body. LDL is classified as bad cholesterol, because of its ability to accumulate plaque on the walls of our arteries, and the risk can cause atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), a common cause of heart disease, stroke, and other fatal illnesses.

Another negative effect of saturated fats and trans fats is often the cause of obesity problems. Food products with high amounts of saturated fats and trans fats also contain high-calorie counts. Our body can only burn a limited number of calories per day, depending on the amount of energy we need. And the excess of these calories will be stored as fat in the body. These stored fats are what causes weight problems and obesity.

Benefits of Fat Good for health

Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are called good fats because of their health benefits. This fat can dramatically reduce bad cholesterol, as well as increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), which is also known as good cholesterol. This effect will improve healthy blood circulation, which is important to improve the metabolic processes in our body. A healthy and active metabolism will promote effective overall weight loss, which can ultimately help to prevent obesity.

Incorporating certain foods that contain good fats in your diet will help promote healthy body functioning, and can prevent the onset of various diseases and other serious medical conditions.

If you want to stay healthy, then we must remember the things we have discussed above when choosing daily food. This is to ensure that we have obtained a healthy amount of good fats, and can avoid the intake of bad fats at all times.
