> Drink plenty of water

   Water can facilitate digestion and helps get rid of toxins in the body.

> Consumption of fruit and vegetables as a counterweight

Vegetables and fruits can offset the amount of calorie intake. Besides being able to eat fruit dessert we also can insert fresh vegetables like cucumbers or tomatoes in the dish of goat or cow.
