With the right lifestyle is enough to keep the body healthy and keep away from the disease. But still many of us who ignore it. Here we present ways to keep your health in order to stay fit:


 

Eat Healthy
Stay away from greasy fries and fast food. Processed foods such as nugget use chemicals as a preservative that is less good for health. Get used to eating nutritious and healthy foods shining you can enjoy it. By choosing better foods, you can lower cholesterol, lose weight and even avoid diseases especially those associated with unhealthy foods.

Sports
Research has shown that regular exercise significantly increases life expectancy and improves overall health. Physical exercise for 30 minutes on foot can help improve your mood and help you in losing weight and tighten your body.

Avoid smoking
For some of us, this may be easier said than done. If you avoid this tobacco product, your lungs will benefit greatly. Diseases caused by smoking such as emphysema, lung cancer, mouth, throat and causing heart disease have claimed many lives. So avoid smoking, if you have already, stop!

Conduct a Medical Test
Do a check-up or examination to the doctor to detect any interference in our body to be known as early as possible so that it can be done immediately handling. By examining the whole body you can also know the condition of your actual body.

Injection Vaccine
If you include people who have too frequent colds, for example, you can go to a doctor to request an anti-flu vaccine.

Having sex with healthy
Always have sex with an official couple. Avoid mutually couples, especially with similar partners.

Keep away from alcohol
